Adv. Pankaj Bhardwaj is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking and real estate sectors. As the Director of Sales & Marketing at Green Valley, he plays a key role in driving strategic growth, customer engagement, and trusted brand partnerships.
In 2004, he founded Pariwar Estates Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate firm in Greater Noida specializing in property management, sales, and rentals across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional segments. Under his leadership, the company has established strong associations with top developers such as Omaxe, ATS, Godrej Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, Unitech, Gaur Sons, and more. His global outreach includes collaborations with international developers in Dubai and Thailand.
Pankaj is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR-India) and the Association of Property Professionals (APP-Delhi NCR). His firm is ISO 9001:2008 certified for real estate management and consultancy, underscoring his commitment to quality and ethical business practices.

Under his leadership, Investor Guru — his parent company — has guided hundreds of clients towards meaningful investments across North India.
